CONSUMER DIRECT HOCKEY STICK LIMITED WARRANTY EFFECTIVE August 1st 2009

Dear Consumer:

Thank you for supporting TCC products. Please follow the Warranty guidelines below in order to return your Hockey Sticks.

TCC’S OPS WARRANTY POLICY
TCC Sticks are covered by a 30 Day limited warranty against manufacturer’s defect only. This warranty covers damage/premature breakage caused by a manufacturer’s defect only and is extended with the understanding that Hockey is a contact sport which causes stick breakage.

TCC will only replace the following defective composite sticks

1. ■NANOLITE SENIOR OPS
   

2. ■ACTION SENIOR OPS
   

3. ■EVE OPS
   

4. ■DRAGONFLY OPS
   

5. ■MOSQUITO OPS
   

6. ■HONOR OPS
   

7. ■CODE OPS
   

for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, under the conditions listed below:

1. ■The Stick is purchased for the MSRP $ listed on this website or greater value
   

2. ■Sticks sold at tournaments for promotional cost (Wholesale) are not covered under warranty.
   

3. ■The stick is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase).
   

4. ■The stick broke during normal use as the result of a manufacturer’s defect.
   

5. ■The stick was not exposed to an open flame.
   

6. ■The stick shows no signs of being overheated by any heat source.
   

7. ■The stick was not a factory second, blem, or purchased used.
   

8. ■The stick damage was not caused by contact with another player, skate, stick, boards etc.
   

9. ■The stick was purchased at or under $100 USD or was won as a prize.
   

Please note: You must save your original receipt and match the invoice number, name and credit card as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to return a defective stick. Third party receipts, such as PayPal, Paypoint, etc. will not be accepted. Sticks returned without proof of purchase may not be covered under warranty Professional and College Teams are excluded from this warranty.

If TCC agrees that the Stick is defective, a repaired or replacement Stick will be shipped via Ground Delivery after up to ten business days of receiving the defective Stick. Warranty parameters will be determined exclusively by TCC. If TCC deems the Stick does not fall under the conditions listed above the product WILL NOT be returned to you.

Please fill out the form below for the Stick you wish to return. When you submit this request a TCC Warranty Representative will notify you of your return authorization number via e-mail within 5 business days. Shipping instructions and ship to address will also be included.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN THE ITEM TO TCC UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please note: If you have more than one Stick to return, please contact our Warranty Department directly at warranty@TributeCauseCure.com to obtain a return authorization number and return address for the additional return.

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE USA & CANADA:
TCC does not cover warranty of products sold outside of the USA & CANADA
